Sine die is suspension from all football with no time limit imposed but usually subject to a review period
This can be can be for non payment of fines or for a serious case of misconduct. Payment of fines - and serving of any suspension imposed - should normally lift the suspension.
Serious cases normally stipulate the length of suspension and from what football activities - just playing or all football
