To register another team with your club after you have completed your affiliation you will need to email support@oxfordshirefa.freshdesk.com with the following details:
- Team Age Group
- Team Name
- Manager Name
- Manager FAN - this must hold an in-date FA DBS if a youth team involved
- Team colours
- Home Ground
- Day of Play
- League Entering and Division if known
- Category (5v5/7v7 etc)
