How do I Appoint a Welfare Officer?

Safeguarding children is everyone’s responsibility. However, having a Welfare Officer in place ensures there is someone who actively champions safeguarding. The role of Club Welfare Officer is not only mandatory in youth clubs but is also vital in keeping children safe whilst playing football.
