How can I make an appeal against a league decision?

Modified on Thu, 29 Dec, 2022 at 2:22 PM

Clubs, Officials, or Players have the right of appeal against a League's decision to the County FA or the Football Association.

Within 14 days of the posting of written notification of any decision by the Management Committee or the Competition, the Club, Official or Player against whom such action is being taken must appeal against such decision by lodging particulars with their relevant County FA, along with any required fee, for the adjudication of a Board of Appeal.

The appellant will need to submit written reasons for the appeal, the relevant appeal fee, a copy of the charge letter from the league and a copy of the written notice. Other evidence may be required upon request

The grounds of appeal shall be in accordance with FA Rules.

Please refer to the Discipline Handbook for further details.
